We are Alumni private owners and managers of fabulous furnished turn key apartments.
With studios, one bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom apartments we are unsurpassed in the comforts we offer.
History
Privately built
We began developing these superb value facilities off campus in 2008......we opened in 2009 and have had very limited availability since then...once in they don't leave.
We developed another facility next door in 2016. As an Alumni of EWU we are pleased that our residents believe these are the nicest student friendly places in Cheney.
